All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. Processing times do not include weekends or holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes tracking information. Please note that during high-volume periods such as holidays or sales, processing times may be slightly delayed.
We offer both standard and expedited shipping options. Standard shipping typically takes between 4 to 7 business days, while expedited shipping takes 2 to 3 business days. Orders over a certain amount may qualify for free shipping, depending on promotions or specific offers. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary based on the destination and shipping method selected.
We partner with trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL to ensure timely delivery of your order. Once your package is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor the status and estimated delivery date of your order.
Currently, we ship to select countries and regions. Please refer to our website or contact our support team to confirm whether we ship to your location. We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain restricted areas.
Tracking your order is easy. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also log in to your ShopFYI account to track the status of your delivery at any time.
If your package is lost, arrives damaged, or experiences significant delays, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@shopfyi.com. We will investigate the issue and work with the carrier to resolve it as quickly as possible.
For international orders, please be aware that ShopFYI is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes that may be incurred. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are assessed by the local customs authority of the destination country.
